Great location, right at the heart of everything, with easy access to the High Roller and fun eateries like Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen. The staff were super helpful, and check-in/check-out was fast. the room was a mixed bag—clean and spacious, but the design felt off with a strange empty space under the TV. Amenities were decent, but the hotel could use a better system for food options; late-night snacking was tough since most places closed early. A bit more attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance would make a real difference.

Great location on the strip. Super clean and easy check-in. The staff is friendly, especially the angel at check-in. Hash House has amazing food! Rooms have everything: air conditioning, flat-screen TV, fridge, and free toiletries. The fitness and spa area is nice too, with a hot tub and sauna. Just wish the pool stayed open later.

The vibes are electric. Vibrant decor and hip ambiance attract a young crowd. Excellent central location makes exploring effortless. Food options, especially at Hash Go Go, deliver satisfying meals and friendly service. cleanliness and attention to detail suffer. A missing microwave and fridge in our room felt like a missed opportunity. The check-in experience was marred by unhelpful staff, highlighting a gap in customer service training. Room placement was frustrating, far from the lobby. Issues with billing and inadequate support at checkout compounded the experience. Despite the charming atmosphere, consistent service issues need addressing to elevate this hotel to its potential. Improvements can lead to a stronger stay.

I think it was real value for money. The staff was patient, the breakfast was enjoyable, everything was perfect. I appreciated well-organised and lovely modern room and its good-sized bathroom. Having a body wash and a shampoo was a bonus.

There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night( which was fine) Once switch to being investigated it did not tell you to stay in your room or leave then when it stops no announcement at the end saying all is well

The location is super convenient, really easy access to the monorail, and the staff, especially Luis, were friendly. The room was spacious and quiet, which was a big plus. the fridge and safe didn’t work initially, and I could smell smoke even though I had a non-smoking room, which was a bit disappointing.

Finding my car in the garage was a nightmare! There were zero signs to guide you, and once I finally made it to my room, I discovered it was filthy—no hand soap, trash on the floor, and the shower looked grimy.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep after a long day out. the temperature control in the room was inconsistent, as I struggled to find a comfortable setting. The noise level was manageable, but I could hear footsteps from the hall occasionally. There was no mini fridge, which was inconvenient for storing drinks. The shower was a highlight, with great water pressure and hot water. Unfortunately, the toiletries were insufficient, and I didn't receive housekeeping service during my stay. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with dusty corners and empty dispensers.
